Supervision

During bulk production and sampling, regular and meticulous supervision of the process by our skilled staff is ensured at every step to avoid any discrepancy between the actual product and the approved sample. closely monitors customer orders right from the time of sampling to final shipment.

Quality Control Tests

We utilize the technologically savvy, most reliable, and well-equipped testing sources to conduct the required quality tests on the product. If desirable, we also outsource the tests to renowned international testing agencies like SGS.

Status reporting

Buyers are kept up to date about the progress of their orders. The consignment is shipped to the customer only if it meets the desired specifications and requirements.

Visual inspection

Detailed visual inspections are carried out as per specifications and instructions from the buyers.

Final Quality Inspection Report

Container loading inspection

Thorough checking is undertaken during the container loading process to ensure that only those goods are loaded which have passed the quality control tests and have been fully approved for dispatch.
